This, ladies and gentlemen, has been an insanely busy summer. Seriously.
I mean, my car is DIRTY and my house needs cleaning. Those of you close to my life in the real world know that THIS NEVER HAPPENS! I just haven’t had time. I’ve barely had time to sleep. The result, though, has been a life…
Not trying to be negative, but you're saying they're PITCHING shorts, not that they've been COMMISSIONED for shorts, correct? So Nick hasn't said yes to anything...
Yes, you read us right. No, I didn’t take that as negative. You wanted to make sure no one’s jumping to conclusions. That’s appreciated.
Before anyone asks: There’s a particular connection I drew between this and a development from two years ago. What exactly? I’ll be happy to tell you when I can. I will ask if it’s okay to tell you what I know and therefore what I think about all of this.
I have a lot of of Invadercon related footage to edit together for the sake of our mission. They will be supplemented with a few new homemade clips edited in to help smooth over some vague statements, correct some false information I gave, and the like.
If I could summarize our outlook it would be as such: Jhonen may be busy right now but Richard and Rikki’s ambitions to get Zim shorts made deserve our full support. Those animated shorts are key to the fight for new Zim. It might not lead to what many expected such as a full season but we’ll be more than satisfied if a full budget project of some sort (e.g., comic book, TV animated movie, etc) run by Jhonen occurs.
How will we support that? it’s very simple: First we start by supporting you. Stay tuned.
Hello, I was at the More Exciting ZIM Stuff panel, but you couldn't get to me for the fandom ideas because of TIME. But I recently saw a Sailor Moon episode where each scene was animated by different fans in their own style and set to the original audio of said episode. I don't know about the legality behind it, but I think that'd be something interesting to see done with ZIM as well.
I heard of that and think it would be such a cool thing for any fandom to try.
before I continue…. I AM NOT A LAWYER. YOU’RE ALL ON YOUR OWN IF I’M WRONG AND ANY OF YOU GET A CEASE AND DESIST NOTICE.
I think it would be legally safe enough if A)the audio is from an incomplete episode. None of the unfinished season two audio is on any licensed items being sold. B) the audio is a medley of clips from different episodes as that makes it easier to cite ‘fair use’ clause.
Fanart is generally considered harmless copyright infringement. Copyright holders only send cease and desist orders to those who interfere with something like sales or (in rarer instances) marketing of a product.
want to not waste your time on a project that gets taken down? Ask yourself
-am I making any money off this? If it’s for an artist alley then was the price merely reflecting cost of materials (paint, paper) and my labor or did I jack up the price because it’s Zim?
-did I interfere with an item’s sale? Episodes are obvious but you might recall my mentioning a brony who made downloadable “My Little Pony: Magic the Gathering” decks without changing the rules of the game. Copyrighted characters and free access to a game you’re supposed to buy? Yikes. double whammy.
-If my work looks so polished that it looks like the real deal.. will it interfere with a holder’s business plans? My Little Pony: Fighting Is Magic was free and there was no fighting game to rip off yet it was still taken down because it looked like a real product that endorsed violence. That’s a conflict of interest.
Keep all those things in mind when you do a fan project and I think you’ll be fine.
Thanks for checking out my music diary from InvaderCon! And now a random question: you wouldn't happen to be that red-haired guy named Johnny that was at the front of the line for the waffles breakfast at InvaderCon this weekend? Apologies if that's a creepy question; but I was just curious
Yes, I am Johnny. or at least I’m Johnny right now. Over a dozen people have access to this account. Also no apology necessary, not creepy at all.
what about the anthem we made to keep fighting for Zim?! OHP aren't quitters all members should keep going with or without u!
Well two weeks ago I would have told you “Dude, Jhonen doesn’t seem available or interested right now. He wanted full budget or nothing, Nickelodeon doesn’t seem willing to budge, and he’s got exciting stuff going on. Let’s bow while we still can.”
Then I attended Invadercon 3.
people got freaked out when I said things were dying down so allow me to clarify. -a lot of the admin (especially OHP’s founder) is unable to commit to this anymore. That’s fine. New trusted admin take each other’s places.
- Some active admin, myself included, were like “yeah Jhonen doesn’t seem available anymore but maybe someday?” and considered the movement needing to change its priorities to evolve and focus solely on keeping the fandom alive for the day Jhonen is available but to not directly fight for new canon episodes (or other story formats)
- and we feel OHP is a movement started by a fan, led by a team she trusted, and this team carries out an idea for fans to have a say in stuff.
So you’re right, in the event we all died or something you should very well continue without us.
The fandom might take initiative and do things the way we’d recommend or it might spiral down. It’s up to you to decide if we were to go away.
We’re guiding hands that have a clue of what they’re doing. If you take the style and approach we’ve had (except the phone line flooding era. Oh man never do that.) where we sought legitimate ways of making an impact then we’ve done a good job setting an example.
Don’t worry though- Kaitlynjane, myself, and some recruits are here keeping Tallest Sarah’s vision alive. We have new reasons to be excited and still involved. We’re not going away. I promise. -Johnny
Is operation head pigeons still go o:? Richard mentioned it at Connecticon so I found it. ^q^
Hi there! Yes, I was the one that asked him about it during the Q&A. Ho boy. There’s footage of our conversation where I say stuff that is already outdated and that event was a mere two weeks ago. Yes. We’re still kickin’ and I’m very very excited. -Johnny
What is the progress of IZ's revival. Is it a success or did we fail. And if we did fail is there a chance of it ever coming back
I’m glad you asked. Our goal used to be “we won’t rest until Invader Zim is greenlit” and then we realized some things are beyond our control so we were like “we’re out to justify Invader Zim’s huge budget” and in that regard we definitely kicked some paks. I just posted about a very intriguing development that changed our entire outlook on how things have been as of late. Lets all keep an eye out. Shall we? -Johnny
I read somewhere that Jhonen was getting a new show. What's the deal with that? Also, if Nick is taking Korra to strictly online release because of it's crap tv ratings and it's great streaming ratings, and with Zim and Gir themselves pitching digital Zim shorts, do you think maybe digital release is the way to go for full-fledged Zim?
We’ll be posting links to articles about it soon. In short, he and J.R Goldberg co-created a pilot* together that was bought by a network called ‘Disney XD’ so hopefully Disney XD will like it.
Also if anyone’s wondering what a pilot is then we’ll allow Samuel L. Jackson to explain it. -Johnny
If you attended my OHP Q&A you would have been informed that the spirit of the movement lives on and how we should never say never but things weren't looking up... well you can forget I said that. For now at least. Also of you attended my presentation on the various cool Zim projects then I will be posting links and footage soon. -CB Johnny
Ladies and gentlemen, I have exciting news. Richard (Zim) said that he and Rikki (voice of Gir and color artist) are pitching ideas to Nickelodeon for Invader Zim digital shorts. One pitch involves a vending machine. Footage of that Q&A response to come!
Have you ever looked back at your old works and wanted to stab your past self woth a pitchfork?
I sometimes wish I could go back in time and smack myself, sure, but only because I love the idea of time-smacking. However, I usually enjoy seeing what’s changed in my work and how. It would have been horrible to have doubted myself back when I was making that old stuff as part of what makes working fun is actually HAVING fun.
I knew plenty of people who were so worried that what they were making wasn’t good enough that they tripped themselves up or just didn’t push on through to get it done at all.
I don’t look at any of that old stuff of mine as perfect in any way but at the same time it is exactly what it was supposed to be for the person making it, a person who was a giggling idiot who didn’t know enough to give a shit whether what they were doing was perfect or not.
What happened to the tallests? When I joined years ago, they were so interested and excited to get OHP up and running. Now it seems they've abandoned the cause. It's really sad..
First of all, thank you for your long term support.
Seems is a great word. The Tallests are OHP’s founders. They’ve made wonderful contributions to this fandom while trusting in those they’ve selected to keep the process efficient and ongoing. We do our best to keep things evolving with the times yet also in accordance to the spirit of their vision. They haven’t stepped down from their roles but their influence over the past year has been on the private side of OHP’s functioning.
Good morning, to all of the pigeon headed boys and girls of the world!
We have a TON of new ideas for projects and such, as well as some cool new logos, banners, ads, and other design stuffs for our Facebook, tumblr and even twitter pages!
Please be patient with us, as it might still take us several weeks.
Also, I have picked a few people who I thought would be interested in helping, like Cassia, Mel, and Caiden. But we are willing to accept a few more people, if they are capable of making digital prints and good enough to meet our standards. Message us, or email me.
My email: firstname.lastname@example.org
I will take a look at your work and see if we can use your help.
Also, any writing, like summaries of what we’ve done, what we plan to do, and stuff relating to that will be helpful! Or even videos, or animations.
Don’t hesitate to ask!
We do this less as a way to put some of the work on you guys, and more as a way to get more people involved and get their talents noticed by other members.
Lastly, keep in mind that this does not mean that you will become a CB, but you will be treated with respect, acceptance, and definitely be credited for your work.
After all, that is pretty much how I started, as well as Anna and Johnny.
On Invader Con II, they said that there would only be an Invader Con III if Invader Zim came back with new episodes, and there will be and Invader Con III. Does that mean Zim is back?
Wasabi Anime originally said Zim would need to come back because (paraphrasing here) they need assurance that a third would be a success. They explain it further in detail better than we can but the Kickstarter is the reason they’re doing it.
Good news, everyone. Nicktoons will air an hour of Invader Zim on Tuesday night. They are doing this as a part of their plans for the Halloween season. [Source: LocateTV]
I wasn’t sure if LocateTV was a reputable enough source so I did check my own local listings now that schedules for October 15th are available. It’s true!
Here’s why we’re pleased: Invader Zim hasn’t aired on United States television since April. Before Project Massive and Invadercon II took place we noticed that Invader Zim was mostly on graveyard slots weekday nights and also afternoons for Sunday. That’s not bad for a decade old cancelled program. AFTER Project Massive it went to weekday breakfast hours and weekday afternoon hours. Then Zim was moved to weekend mornings instead of weekday anything. Quality over quantity for sure. All good things and a sign that we had found success in our efforts.
Then everything changed when a whole bunch of shows were taken off regular rotation. It doesn’t seem to reflect badly on Zim or its ratings per se but it certainly was alarming and it meant we had to cancel a big mission involving bringing back the old “watch Invader Zim on ____ network” tags from Hot Topic.
Edit: We’re big believers in backing up every claim as strongly as possible via reputable resources. It’s our responsibility to not further misinformation and always extend a communicative hand to those who bring intriguing news/content our way. Please don’t mistake anything ahead as accusations of misinformation, dishonesty, or the like. I’m intrigued and I’m looking into things and want to find truth from the source. :)
I didn’t want to address this until further developments occur but since it started on Tumblr and this is our Tumblr blog…. Let’s talk about the rumor of a Zim commercial from the past two days.
We are taking things with a grain of salt but have invited the fan who claimed such to get in touch with us and tell us more.
I suspect that at best it could mean Zim could be getting a rerun slot on non-United States airwaves.
I’m aware that NickandMore.com (a very reputable site with its finger on the pulse of Nicktoons/Nickelodeon’s American schedules) has not said a thing about Zim lately and furthermore Zim has been off American airwaves (as far as I know) as of April this year.
We do not suspect that it means new episodes. If new episodes were in production it would be far too soon to announce such.
UNTIL THEN….keep nose out for validation of claims.
No money required. They’ll ask a hypothetical question or two about how much money you might spend if Lego approved the project and how many related products would you buy.
It’s not a generic petition that gets nowhere fast. This website— Cuusoo— is responsible for getting the Back to the Future and Minecraft lego sets greenlit. It is an opportunity for Lego to find out what the fans would like to see.
We’re not experts on this nor do we want to bore you with a wall of text. So if you have questions about how Cuusoo works then check out this blog we found this morning
"Okay, what does this have to do with bringing Zim back?"
Everything. We sent letters and we got Nickelodeon’s attention but frankly ever since Jhonen Vasquez announced a possible Johnny the Homicidal Maniac movie we were excited!!…..but concerned that he won’t have time for Zim for a year or two. So what then? Well we can’t let Nickelodeon forget about us.
We’ve supported quite a few Zim related projects, websites, events, merchandise and more. Why? Lots of reasons. 1) You get the stuff you want and you oftentimes have the power to help make it happen. 2) Every connection we gain or accomplishment made it easier for us to be taken seriously. 3) REVIVING SHOWS IS A NUMBERS GAME. POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. POTENTIAL AUDIENCES. POTENTIAL PROFIT.
We could list off the different examples of sites, events, projects, and merchandise makers another time. Point is: there’s purpose to this.
A fair warning however. Ten thousand supporters does not guarantee anything. Cuusoo is where ten thousand Legend of Zelda fans shown support but the greenlight went to the Back to the Future set that got ten thousand supporters, too. We think getting ten thousand is a victory enough. Never let Nickelodeon forget even when Jhonen is busy. If we get enough by September then Lego will look at the proposal this year. If not we’d have to wait a bit longer.
Lastly, this was not our idea. The nice couple who came up with it just became our new friends and we will do all we can to help make it happen. -Johnny
PS- If you have questions please remember that this site serves as our blog rather than our email. If you inbox us questions, we recommend you not do it anonymously in case we decide to answer it privately and discretely. We answer anonymous questions if they can springboard into a wider fleshed out discussion. ;)
I was a member of the Facebook page for about a year and a half. It seems that no progress has been made on the rivival of this show, and it seems like a mostly lost cause. The reference that continues to be used is years old, and I honestly doubt Jhonen cares about Zim at all anymore. If anything I believe the group should just be used as any other fan group as it seems most if not all credibility is gone-and (it seems) many former admins left.
No visible, open, public knowledge progress or closure yet. When OHP gets either a yes or a sense of closure then we’ll update everyone. It’s hard to really assume either right now due to two factors 1) Long drawn out and hush hush process of greenlighting a program 2) Jhonen’s suddenly has new opportunities and it could affect whether Zim can come back. Is Nickelodeon going to want to years from now when our momentum is lost?
regarding how this page can be used: OHP can most definitely evolve when closure is provided. I’ve already addressed that in the last blogpost springboarding from a question asked here.
Yes, many former admin left and this is because teams evolve and change. Some handle the public side of OHP, some talk behind scenes providing sagely wisdom, some are available if asked for but need to focus on their lives. There’s roughly a baker’s dozen admin and that allows foundations to stay up. It helps that newer admin took the reigns such as Kaitlyn & Marco.
Fellow fans, please understand that we choose for this format to be treated as a blog first and foremost rather than a contact system. Questions, comments, ideas, praise, expressions of outrage and the like are always read but will not be responded to unless it can springboard into a content-heavy post for our readers.
Our hands are especially tied when anonymous inbox questions want to address matters our readers have no need to see.
My solution: I invite you to set up a Facebook account and use our inbox feature on Operation Head Pigeons 2.0
our email system is having difficulties presently
if you have alternative suggestions then know we’re open ears
I don't want to seem mean and I don't know who your sources are, but you're going on bad info about Nick's stance. As an employee at the Nick animation studio in Burbank where Zim actually was made (not NYC, the detached money side of Viacom), a highly respected creator of several successful Nicktoons told me Jhonen will never be allowed back due entirely to the attitude he had during Zim. He was escorted out by security when the show ended and Nick isn't interested in any future collaboration.
Firstly, I don’t want to seem mean either but I’ll need proof of who you are. Send me another inbox with contact information.
Regardless, I can believe you believe this but I’m seeing holes.
>never be allowed back >due to attitude DURING Zim >escorted by security when the show ended
Isn't that quote you guys keep harping on about Mr. Vasquez wanting to work on more Zim YEARS old? Can you really even say that he's interested anymore? He seemed pretty evasive about it at last year's con.
Fair concerns. Let’s set some records straight.
Firstly, it was only three years ago. Secondly, no, we won’t say anything on his behalf. We can only cite what we’re given and strive to keep the context accurate. Hell, I don’t think he has time for new Zim any time soon now with his new exciting projects with Titmouse (“Squee Versus the Labyrinth of Meat” short and a possible JtHM animated film). That’s not an indication of a change of mind. We just want a sincere straight faced on-the-record statement saying “Project Massive did/did not work” or “I changed my mind” or “I’m too busy but maybe some day if Nick is interested down the road”
but we don’t have any of that. we have what we always get. Jokes.
Now regarding more recent comments from him: You say evasive. I say ambiguous and funny.
The fact remains that his blogpost "Don’t Cry For Zim" is the most recent clear answer about an interest in returning. The rest is just jokes, satire, pranks, and other fun. Read on if you disagree. We had to constructively question things just as you are and I’m prepared to show my research. You can choose in the end what to make of what we think.
First thing’s first: Monkey’s Paw reference at Invadercon II. I won’t bother you with “I WAS THERE!! Believe me” because my ethos, my credibility, as an OHP co-admin is not enough. Let’s use documented resources. LA Weekly wrote of something found in THIS bit of footage. They got a lot right and had the right spirit about things but misquoted him. "It’s not going to happen" does not sound like "It didn’t pan out"
no biggie but it matters a little bit. Not only is that misquoting but inaccurate context. “Not going to happen” can imply it was his choice for a lot of people. The latter on the other hand shows that Nick made the ultimate choice in the end.
Also the whole “Monkey’s Paw” thing was very tongue-in-cheek anyhow. The rest of the table not only answered yes but the consensus was “if it’s as horrible as Jhonen just said it would be” LA Weekly said he said that after they all said yes. Huge difference. His response was met with enthusiasm from his ol’ Zim crew. Enthusiasm. Let that sink in, fellow fans. :)
Now let’s talk about his tweets because I hear about them all the time from fans. His Twitter feed is mostly hilarious tongue-in-cheek sarcasm.
Yes, we keep those sort of Zim tweets in a little quote archive so we don’t have to backtrack. Anyhow let’s point out the obvious: tongue in cheek, sarcastic, and he even spells it out for us later. If that was a serious commentary on Zim’s state then it doesn’t mean it was HIS choice. He’s said before that it’s up to Nickelodeon.
If you want to take that seriously then you need to take the entire sentence seriously. Moving on.
If Jhonen Vasquez has changed his mind then he’s welcome to tell the fans that. Keyword is welcome. It’s not our business to tell him what to do. He expressed interest and we’re doing our part.
If Jhonen Vasquez is too busy but won’t tell us then that’s his prerogative.
We’re not in touch with him. We’ve offered to be in direct contact and did not get a response and we won’t lose sleep over that. We’ve interacted plenty more with other cast and crew members to keep our fingers on the pulse.
If you’re curious: This is the fullest extent of our official interaction with him beyond his jokey Monkey’s Paw comment in the footage from earlier.
Here’s the story.
We reposted on Twitter an article that misinterpreted one of his jokes. He joked that he was considering Danny Glover for the role of Nny in an animated movie. The article edited in “[Donald] Glover” at one point referring to someone else entirely. We saw it and jumped the gun assuming the writer had facts straight and tweeted about Jhonen considering Patton Oswalt and Donald Glover. Jhonen credits us with the misinformation. I suppose in some philosophical way we can share blame despite how we didn’t write nor misquote the article. After all we strive to be cautious about others misunderstanding his statements. We deleted the tweet, corrected the author, explained the situation to our readers, and made a joke or two to laugh it off. We never heard from Jhonen before or after.
Also before anyone asks… Let’s set some records straight if you allow us to digress for a moment. I have NO clue what he meant by pluralizing the misinformation. We reached out asking him to clarify about other possible instances we might have got stuff wrong. I won’t assume he’s upset about it or defining us by it. However he didn’t respond. We’ve always strived to back up everything with cited sources at least during my time on the team.
Also, I love the mystery to his sentence being cut out. There’s no other half posted. It’s like like in the Nintendo game Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. "Zelda is your…." "Zelda’s my what? Destiny? Sister? Crazy axe-murdering psychopathic stalker?"
"you’re what, Jhonen? you’re WHAT?!"
but I digress.
Hey. Maybe this will be brought to his attention. Maybe one of the cast/crew members who follow our social networking pages will be like “Hey, they raise a few fair points/concerns.”
One thing’s for sure: Zim or not. Nny or not. This has been a fun ride. If Zim won’t come back because he changed his mind then we’ll continue to support the release of quality Zim merchandise instead. He lamented some of the stuff out there anyhow. More importantly- and hypothetically- if he changed his mind then we’d still do all we can to show Nickelodeon execs that there’s a “built in market” so if Jhonen hypothetically rechanged his mind then the wheels will be greased with “Look at how much is going on with the fandom! Look how successful this Zim convention, fan animation team, game app collection, etc, etc, etc went”
Thorough answer but I hope it explains things.
ps- if the links are broken let me know. Gotta jet.
"If you want a show to come back then support as many projects as possible. Licensed or fanmade. It’s all a numbers game"
play. have fun. show your friends. and maybe post some kind words on the developers’ social networking pages.
Jhonen once mentioned this game a year ago and we were intrigued. We’ve since come to find that Art of Play studio has the qualities needed for fans to get good Invader Zim games for mobile devices. They’re fans and they get what makes the show special unlike businessmen who depend on statistical charts robots.
So tell your friends and send some words of encouragement to the developers
if the game is too simple for your taste (i.e., you don’t like it) then rest assured they have a game coming up based on the episode “FBI Warning of Doom” which will be a bit different. Consider “Dookie Drop” a small morsel of what’s to come.
This is important for the Zim revival efforts for two reasons.
1) If you want quality mobile app games from a company that understands what makes the show special then please support them. A rise in the site’s hit count alone makes a difference when they (inevitably) continue any business with Nickelodeon.
2) A Zim revival is easier when Nick has all these successful Zim projects (fanmade or licensed) going on and proving that the show has enough fans to justify the risks of the show’s huge budget. That’s why Zim didn’t come back in 2010. Jhonen wanted the show’s original budget and a full budget comes with risks.
We’re going to do this one more time… in May, we ran a Kickstarter to fund a third (and final!) InvaderCON convention. Why? Because trilogies are COOL. Find a time machine, travel back to 1983, and ask the still hip George Lucas and he’ll tell you the SAME THING.
(Don’t ask him how. He’s a bit confused lately.)
ANYWAY. We ran the Kickstarter back in May. And it was close. REALLY close. Like $29,181 out of $33,333 close. We missed it by about $4,000. The number reason people gave for not pledging?
‘I would have pledged if I knew where it was going to be.’
WE HEARD YOU! And, now, we have a place to host the convention:
Austin is approximately 1,000 miles from Atlanta (InvaderCON 2011) and 1,300 miles from Los Angeles (InvaderCON 2012.) Thus, it’s “in the middle” of our two previous places… and AWESOME.
So PLEASE consider contributing – even if you can’t make it. We’ve added a number of Pledge rewards for folks who wouldn’t be able to attend, but still want to support the show.
We already have $18,500 after only 15 hours! That’s over halfway there! We can make in a month!
First and foremost: THANK YOU to everyone who pledged and worked to try and make the Kickstarter a success. Your faith (and show of faith via pledging funds) really means a lot to those of us behind the Invader ZIM Fan Convention. We sincerely and whole heartedly appreciate all…
Why DID Nick take Zim off the air AGAIN? Do they not like Zim anymore? Has Project Massive failed? Does turkey hold less fat than chicken? Overall, I'm worried!<:(
It was not Nick because Zim hasn’t been on Nick in years.
It was Nicktoons and Nicktoons took off a LOT of shows. Zim was supposed to move to Saturday mornings so my GUESS is the sudden change may not reflect on Zim’s success but Nicktoons undergoing change.
Does it worry you all that Zim was completely taken off of Nicktoons schedule and their website? And do y'all have any info on why it was taken off, because I thought that Nicktoons loved Zim.
It’s still on the site actually. Also a lot of Nicktoons got removed from rotations. We’d love to get some specific information but thats beyond our informants’ knowledge. It did get in the way of a plan of ours involving licensed merch and eliminating the “wears Gir merch… has no clue he’s from TV” trend but oh well. Wait and see I suppose.
Are you guys actually legitimate or is it just another generic Zim revival group?
All depends what you consider generic. A lot of hopeful and well meaning fans think collecting a list of followers is somehow enough to bring it back. Facebook follower counts, petitions, polls, etc do NOT work and this is partly because it is too easy to participate let alone cheat.
Letters, events, sales: these things make a difference.
As for our legitimacy… invitations to host panels at Invadercon, invitation to guest judge the official tee design contest at WeLoveFine.com, news exclusivity deal with Zim game developer Art of Play studi, warm acknowledgment via panels and social media by key cast/crew, and a tweet acknowledgment from Nickelodeon’s official social media team.
Do you guys have an exit plan depending on if the show comes back or not?
What we’d like to do in that situation is find out WHY and back it up with on-record statements from Jhonen.
He seems really busy regardless of what Nick may say so let’s assume that he says he’s too busy… then we continue to rally for other nice things in the world of Zim.
I don't appreciate being kept in the dark. I want to know what the status of project massive is and I want to know now.
No. It doesn’t work that way.
We told our informants it would remain off the record until feasible to announce.
You want us to be able to make a difference? Maintaining legitimacy by continuing to be trustworthy is how we do that.
Also the demands won’t persuade people and says more about you than it ever could of us.
How many fans does Operation Head Pigeons have now? How many do you need to bring back Zim?
Well it is not that easy. Number count increases likelihood we can meet a goal but we’re not a web petition list of names or anything. That’s not an accurate/unbiased measurement of a show’s likelihood to succeed. Anyone can click a button and anyone can set up multiple emails.
I can't seem to find Invader Zim on Netflix! Last time I checked Zim wasn't listed under "Just for Kids" anymore and had to find it through search. I also saw that when I clicked on it, there was a date on the side that said "Streaming Until" or something like that. I can't remember the date, but it must have past. Do you thin we'll see Invader Zim again on Netflix?
All Viacom shows are off Netflix for the time being. Netflix is opting to get specific Viacom shows rather than all of ‘em in the future. I’m sure Zim is successful enough for Netflix to want it.
If not…. we got iTunes!
